REQUIREMENTS

Following an in-depth discussion with you, our highly experienced design team analyze your requirements and define which of our many services you may require to suit your lifestyle, budget and time constraints

IDEATE

Based on the initial requirement gathering and discussion, an overview of the design style for the project will be proposed and along with several design solutions will be presented to you for your consideration.

DESIGN

Elevations and floor plans help visualization of the proposed scheme and develop final CAD working drawings. Colors and finishes will be refined, furniture, fabrics and equipment will be selected and cost estimates are prepared

REVIEW

The resulting design will be presented to you for review, revision and final approval.After final approval of the schematic design, we will develop floor plans, elevations and other related items in greater detail.

EXECUTION

Our dedicated project co-ordination team will ensure that schedules are strictly adhered to. Working closely with relevant craftsmen, suppliers and subcontractors will ensure each stage of the project is carried out with the highest standards.
